In accordance with generally accepted corporate governance practices, EFFCO's corporate structure is made up of board of directors and the management.
At inception, EFFCO's five member board comprised of four SAEDF executives and the Chief Executive Officer. A summary of the resumes of EFFCO's board members are as follows:

During the course of the year, EFFCO’s board will be restructured to bring in African based members with diverse and high level financial business experience. This exercise will be completed by September, 2008.
