George Miseda (Director) - CEO of EFFCO
George Miseda has over 18 years banking experience out of which 11 years were with Citigroup where he rose to the level of Vice President and in the Citibank Africa Regional Marketing Office based in Kenya. He was also a board member of Citibank Tanzania and was responsible for Citibank's relationships with financial institutions, the Central Bank and Public Sector entities. After his stint with Citibank/Citigroup, George worked in Loita Capital Partners Executive Directorate in South Africa. He subsequently joined a Pan African Investment Banking group, Kworum Capital Limited as Director responsible for Kworum's business in East Africa. Apart from his long stint in commercial banking, George specializes in corporate finance and capital market issues. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
