Malcolmn Pryor (Chairman)
Malcolmn Pryor is the Chief Executive Officer for SAEDF. He has over 35 years experience in the finance services industry. Prior to SAEDF, Mr Pryor was an institutional sales representative for Goldman, Sachs. He also became a member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange where he traded options on equity securities. Mr Pryor was also Chairman of Pryor, Counts and & Co, a leading minority owned investment banking and brokerage firm with offices in 6 cities in the US and total underwriting of municipal and government securities of $ 49 billion. Mr Pryor holds an undergraduate degree in economics and marketing from Howard University and an MBA from Wharton Business School.
