Supply Contract Financing
This involves availing credit to companies that have been given orders to supply large firms and the public sector. In this respect the transactions precede receivables financing which is offering credit to companies that are expecting payment from large firms.
Insurance Premium Financing ("IPF")
Insurance Premium financing provides retail and corporate customers the option to pay their insurance premiums in monthly instalments over an agreed period with the lender. The instalment period could range from 3 months upto a maximum of 10 months in any given year.
Property lease financing
This product will extend financing against the rental receivables, which will be payable directly to EFFCO. The product will only be considered for prime facilities with prime clients like upmarket shopping malls.
